With her experience and stories, Nallely inspires listeners to unlock their potential and build fulfilling careers while staying true to their roots.
In 2025, Carlos Butler Vale joined as co-host, bringing his deep business strategy and mentorship expertise. Also a first-generation college graduate, Carlos understands the challenges of navigating professional spaces while staying connected to cultural identity.
